Every F&O stock, ranked by how much it has already moved and how much volume is behind it. Stocks that are moving tend to keep moving, so this filters out the dead ones. Each pick comes with its nearest levels. It does not tell you which way to trade.
213 F&O stocks, 50 sessions (Jul to Oct 2026), ranked at 10:15 IST, checked against the rest of the day. The gap held up day after day (t = 12). The same test on 283 cash stocks gave 1.40x. Direction was not predicted. See the full table and limits at the bottom.
Right means more volume than usual. Up means a wider range than usual. Green dots are up on the day, red are down. Bigger dots trade more rupees. The glowing top-right corner is where the highest scores sit. Hover a dot to read it, click to pin it.

Click a row for the chart and levels. "Next level" is the closest of: previous day high or low, first-30-minute high or low, and unbroken swing points where stops tend to sit. Distances are in ATR (the average 5-minute candle range), so 1.0 ATR is about one normal candle away. "Near stop pool" means price is within half an ATR of one, where fast wicks are common.
The movement score is a rank (0 to 100) of two things: the stock's range since the open, and today's volume compared with its own 10-day average at the same time. We ran the ranking on 213 F&O stocks across 50 sessions and measured how much the stock moved for the rest of the day.
| Ranking used at 10:15 IST | Top 10% remaining range | Average stock | Ratio | Days where it held |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Range so far | 224 bps | 171 bps | 1.31x | t = 17 over 50 sessions |
| Volume vs 10-day normal | 203 bps | 171 bps | 1.19x | t = 9 |
| Both combined, F&O stocks (used here) | 214 bps | 171 bps | 1.25x | t = 12 |
| Both combined, cash stocks (NIFTY 500 outside F&O, turnover over ₹20 crore) | 324 bps | 231 bps | 1.40x | t = 16 |
In F&O the median top pick had room for a 146 bps move from 10:15 to the close, against 115 bps for all F&O stocks. In cash it was 219 bps against 156 bps. An F&O round trip costs roughly 5 bps; cash intraday costs more, often 8 to 15 bps with spreads. 1 bp is 0.01%.
